Hot Power Vinyasa

Our Hot Power Vinyasa style is deeply grounded in the Krishmachriya tradition. We emphasize Ujjayi breathing, core activation, muscle engagement, and strength development. In the last 20-25 minutes, we focus on Yoga Chikitsa, treating yoga as a therapeutic practice to restore the nervous system.
Yoga Sculpt & Stretch

Sculpt & Stretch is a dynamic style class where we merge traditional yoga asana with strength training, light weights, cardio bursts, and often higher reps of movements to build muscle tone, endurance, and metabolic fire. All you need is 60 mins to increase your core & muscle strength, stamina, and flexibility. And the best part is it’s a lot of fun.

The class temperatures range from 25°C to 35°C, specifically designed to promote sweating and energize you. The studio opens 15 minutes before class starts.
Our online scheduling system is simple and easy to use. It allows you to book classes, purchase and track your packages.
We have a 1-hour cancellation policy for all group classes. If plans change, please cancel within 1 hour to keep your credit. Emergencies happen; just send us a message.
We offer complementary yoga mat. Towel rental is €1 to cover the cost of washing and drying our towels after each use.

We share our passion through our practice. Our founders, Rehnuma and John, aimed to spread their love for Hot Yoga within the vibrant community of Aljezur. Rehnuma has been practicing Hot Yoga since 2001, while John started in 2011. Since 2014, Rehnuma has led over 3,000 heated classes at renowned studios across the U.S. She incorporates her extensive knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda to promote healing for both body and mind. You can look forward to a consistent, high-quality experience and the chance to learn traditional system of Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda.
