Discover how to gently cleanse and reset your body through the healing wisdom of Ayurvedic cooking. This 3-hour hands-on workshop introduces the principles of detoxifying foods that support digestion, eliminate toxins, and restore balance.
In Ayurveda, detoxification begins in the kitchen. By preparing simple, nourishing meals using seasonal ingredients and digestive spices, we can rekindle Agni (digestive fire) and help the body naturally release accumulated toxins (Ama).
During this interactive experience, you will learn how to prepare light, cleansing dishes designed to support digestion and renewal.
Welcome the season of renewal by learning how to support your health with traditional Ayurvedic herbal remedies. This 3-hour workshop introduces simple, natural ways to balance the body during the spring season using herbs, spices, and time-tested Ayurvedic practices.
In Ayurveda, spring is associated with an increase in Kapha dosha, which can bring symptoms such as congestion, allergies, sluggish digestion, and low energy. Through the use of warming herbs, detoxifying spices, and supportive lifestyle practices, we can gently clear stagnation and restore balance.
This workshop will guide participants through practical herbal remedies that can be easily incorporated into daily and seasonal routines.
Discover how to nourish and rebuild the body through the rejuvenating wisdom of Ayurveda. This 3-hour experiential cooking workshop focuses on Rasayana nutrition—foods and practices that strengthen vitality, build Ojas (life essence), support immunity, and promote graceful aging.
In Ayurveda, rejuvenation begins with digestion and nourishment. When the digestive fire (Agni) is strong and the body receives wholesome, balanced foods, the tissues are deeply nourished and energy naturally increases. In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare comforting, nutrient-dense meals designed to restore and replenish the body.
